As part of our on going commitment to constructing the finest quality homes we offer the following warranty & service package to all of our clients:
- We offer three inspections with the homeowner during construction in order to orient the homeowner with his/her new home and allow the homeowner to inspect quality of craftsmanship; the first is at the framing stage, the second is at the pre-drywall stage, and the third is at the pre-settlement stage

Options, Customizing, & Other Builder Services
- We realize the importance of customizing our plans to create your “Dream Home”. We will gladly consider your own customizing ideas as well.
- Cammerata Homes will also “build to suit” a particular client’s housing needs. If you currently own a building lot or are currently searching for one, we offer a free property evaluation and will provide a basic estimated cost to build on that lot. Once the client purchases a property and for a small deposit we will work with the client and our architect to develop a set of building plans. We will then provide the client with a detailed cost for us to build the home. Upon completion of the detailed estimate we will then assemble a building contract in order to commence construction.
